The surgery went very well and as planned. The post op care and recovery instructions were also given clearly and in an easy to understand mannerHe is the best thoracic surgeon. My husband had the problem of blood vomiting since 2010. My kids used to cry a lot after seeing his condition. It was in Jan 2022,I saw a video of Dr. Harshvardhan Puri on youtube. We called and consulted him. He immediately demanded old reports and came to conclusion that a fungus named "Aspergilloma" has been infesting the lung and has to be removed surgically. We immediately arrived at Medanata Gurugram after being referred from Medanta Lucknow.
To be honest, Dr Harshvardhan sir is quite an expert in this field. His way of talking and explanation is excellent. Trust me you are in hands of one of the best thoracic surgeons out there.
He along with his team operated my husband and now he is fine. I wholehertedly thnak him and wholenteam of medanta for curing my husband. ❤❤

I am from Dewas district of Madhya pradesh I am suffering from B/L Hydated cyst . Due to this problem i hade chest pain both side and cough I scared because Dr told for surgery after consulting many surgeon finally I visited to Dr harsh OPD in gurugram medanta hospital i and I decided to operate . They did surgery well without any complications and after 1 day of surgery I they started walking me after 2 day I started exercises in hospital Gym i can't believe they solved my problem very easily finally i discharge from hospital

I parmod jain from U.T jammu was 100% fit six month before suddenly one morning i get blood from my mouth..and initially i check up from jammu and get the treated after few week i again blood come from mouth..then i decide to check up from jalandhar ..they told me i have probtlem named aspergilloma...in this disease operation is the best option...Then i was reall.y afraid. After that i went to chandigarh they also have sameopinion about my disease and finally i got the reference of dr.harshpuri..i meet him in jammu.He told me no need to worry iwe have a best team to operate this.After this surgery i am vry happyand give a thanx to dr.harsh puri and his team including dr.sukhdev for making my moral high..Sp thanx to their physiotherapy maam dr. This is a heartfelt thanks post to one of the best team of doctors I have come across (my parents are doctors and I have met a many through them but none working in a team like Medanta Thoracic dept).
Was diagnosed with a growth in rib post thorough examination and Dr. Arvind and Dr. Harsh, and then the surgery was done a week later.
Was circumspect about the overall procedure as it was my first operation but the entire doctors team and nursing staff made it such a comfortable and smooth experience, that I can't thank them enough for it.
Also big kudos to Dr. Sukhram, Dr. Manan, Dr. Rachita, Dr. Pulle, Dr. Deepika, the nursing staff Ansom sister and many others in the IPD+ICU dept for the level of functional+emotional intelligence work they are doing for anyone, God bless all of them.

Im gulshan sethi , im from ludhiana punjab . I was suffering from shortness of breathness from last 2 years ,i had covid so i got to know that i had cancer in my lungs and we came to medanta hospital. And then again i had this pdoblem and get an x ray done i which i detected fluid in my lungs so doctor from ludhiana told me about dr harsh in medanta hospital gurugram .i met dr harsh and he told me that i need surgery for this problem . Then i underwent vats talc pleurodesis and my successful and and next day from the surgery i was absolutely fine . Dr deepika helps me in doing exercises and she mofivates me well . We are thankful to whole team . Dr sukhram , dr harsh , dr mohan all are very helpful and kind . Thank you all the staff . Best treatment .

My father mr- mahinder singh chahal, we are from rohtak. My father was suffering from shortness of breath from last 20 days and he took him to holyheart hospital. And there he suffered from pneumothorax and in the hospital icd was inserted and nothing happened his condition remains same and then some doctor refered us to dr harsh in medanta hospital. We met dr harsh and we suggested us a surgery and my father underwent vats bullectomy and talc pleurodesis. Next day of the surgery he started doing aggressive exercises , even before the surgery dr deepika helps my father for doing exercises and make him fit for surgery . And today we are going home and my father is absolutely fine . And we are happy . We are thankful to dr harsh and his team . Best treatment.

I had spontaneous pneumothorax on right lungs followed by left lungs and the reason was unknown for the reoccurance then I met Dr Harsh Vardhan and I have undergone with VATs talc pleurodesis Surgery. Due to the efforts of DR Harsh Vardhan and his team I am completely recovered from it and most importantly I got the reason behind the reoccurance of my spontaneous pneumothorax.
Dr Harsh Vardhan is real amazing and chill person.

I am Rahul Sharma .I had chronic emphyma in my lungs which is cured/diagnosed through a suregery i.e RT. VATS DECORTICATION . Dr Harsh Vardhan Puri and team is the best team as per my experience. I was referred by Dr Hemant Kalra from Maharaja Agresan Hospital having a problem of Thoracic Empyema having symptoms of daily fever. Dr Hemant Kalra referred Dr Harsh Vardhan (Medanta) for VATS DECORTICATION surgery. It was considered a major surgery but as per my experience I enjoyed the whole procedure. Everyone in the team was so polite and corporative which helped me in a fast recovery. They started the exercise the very next day of the surgery and focused on heavy diet which made my body my flexible the next day. The whole experience was just like a vacation for me. Thanks to Dr Harsh Vardhan and whole team.

I was having blood in cough from 8 days then had an episodes of sevier bleeding 3 times within 2 days, went to medanta in an emergency, i get diagnosed with Aspergillus fungal ball in upper left lung after CT Chest and the surgery was done within a day. I was skeptical about the overall procedure because going through a surgery isn't a joke but the entire team of doctors explained everything so well and nursing staff made it such a smooth and comfortable experience that i can't thank everyone enough.
Big kudos to Dr. Arvind, Harsh Vardhan Puri and team for operating on such a high level. Special mentions Dr. Praveen, Dr. Manan, Dr. Deepika, Dr. Rahul and Coordinator Meenakshi, Coordinator Rohini.

I'm beena I'm from jaipur. I had a cough in sputum on January then I went to nearby hospital they gave me medicine but I didn't get any improvement. Then someone in rajasthan told me about dr harshvardhan puri .then we came to medanta hospital to meet Dr harsh and he told me that you need surgery for this problem. Then I underwent surgery lobectomy and surgery went successful. Day after the surgery I'm able to cross trainer ,walking , for this dr Deepika helps me alot . She encourages me for exercises which is very helpful . Thank you dr harsh , dr arvind , dr Sukhram and whole department for the best treatment. I'm happy that I'm going home . Best treatment ever .
